My name is Bryce Stebbins. From a young age, I was drawn to entrepreneurship and real estate. I loved the idea of creating something valuable while helping others at the same time. As I learned more about property ownership, I saw firsthand how stressful it could be for homeowners to manage tenants, keep up with maintenance, and worry about vacancies. Many property owners I met felt trapped between wanting steady income and not wanting the headaches that came with it.

That’s when the idea for Overnook started to take shape. I wanted to build a company that offered property owners true peace of mind — where they could receive reliable income without the stress, uncertainty, and constant involvement.
